EnBW and JERA Nex bp are proud to be leading the development of the Morgan, Mona, and Morven projects, helping to achieve the UK's ambition of generating 50GW of power from offshore wind by 2030.

About our projects

Morgan and Mona are two wind farms being developed by JERA Nex bp and Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW) in the Irish Sea.

They are located approximately 22-37 km from the coast, with a combined area of approximately 580 km².

Morven is located in the North Sea approximately 60km from the coast of Aberdeen with an area of approximately 860km².

Facts and figures

The combined potential generating capacity of 5.9 GW is sufficient to power the equivalent of around 6 million UK households with clean electricity.
